Terms of use
Last updated: [date]
These terms are an agreement between you and [legal business name], [ABN] ("we"), for the Quman website and app. By buying or using Quman you agree to them.
1. What Quman is
Quman gives general parenting guidance based on Human Design and the Quantum Human Design™ family coaching method. Human Design isn't backed by scientific studies. Quman doesn't diagnose and isn't medical, psychological, developmental or legal advice. Talk to a qualified professional about your child's health, development or safety. In an emergency, call 911. In a mental health crisis, call or text 988.
2. Your account
You must be 18 or older. Keep your login details private. You're responsible for what happens in your account, and for having the right to add each child and person you add.
3. Purchases and access codes
Prices are in US dollars. After you pay, you get an access code that unlocks what you bought. One-time purchases are for your own family's use. You can't resell or share access codes, except gift codes, which are meant to be given.
4. Membership
Membership renews automatically each month or year until you cancel. Cancel any time in the app; you keep access until the end of the period you've paid for. We'll tell you at least 30 days ahead before changing the price of your membership.
5. Refunds
See our refund policy. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law, including the Australian Consumer Law where it applies.
6. Using Quman properly
Don't misuse the app: no trying to access other people's data, copying or reselling the content, or using it to harm anyone. We may suspend accounts that do.
7. Our content
The reports, scripts and app content belong to us or our licensors. You may keep and print your own reports for your family's use and share them with people who care for your child.
8. Changes and availability
We may update the app and these terms. We'll email you about important changes. We try to keep Quman available but can't promise it will always be free of errors or interruptions.
9. Liability
To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect losses, or for decisions you make based on the guidance, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. This doesn't exclude any liability that can't be excluded by law.
10. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of South Australia, Australia. [Confirm governing law and any US-specific terms with your lawyer.]
