Where's my access code?

It's in the email we sent right after you paid, from support@getquman.com. Check spam and promotions. If you sign up in the app with the same email you paid with, your purchases unlock automatically.

I can't log in

Use the same email you bought with, and the "Forgot password" link on the login screen.

Cancel a membership

In the app: Account › Manage membership. You keep access until the end of the period you've paid for.

Refunds

Delete my data

In the app: Account › Privacy › Delete my account. See the privacy policy.

Ideas or problems

Use Account › Suggest a feature or report a problem in the app. We read every one.
