Last updated: [date]

This policy explains what Quman collects, why, who we share it with, and how you can download or delete it. Quman is run by [legal business name], [ABN], [business address], Australia ("we"). Contact: support@getquman.com.

Who Quman is for

Quman is for parents and adult caregivers. You must be 18 or older to create an account. Children don't use Quman directly. When you add a child, you, the parent or legal guardian, are giving us their details. Only add a child you are the parent or legal guardian of, or have that person's permission to add.

What we collect

How we use it

We don't sell your data or your children's data, and we don't use children's details for advertising.

Who we share it with

Only the services we need to run Quman, each for its own job:

These services may store data outside Australia, including in the United States. We may also share information if the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep your data while your account is open. When you delete your account, we delete your family members, charts, logs, plans, Ask history, feedback and invites after a 7-day grace period. We keep order records for tax and accounting, with your email replaced by a scrambled version.

Your choices

Depending on where you live, you may have more rights, such as asking what we hold about you. Email support@getquman.com and we'll respond within 30 days.

Security

Data is sent over encrypted connections. Each account can only read its own family's records, and shared access is limited to people you invite. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach affects you, we'll tell you as the law requires.

Changes

If we change this policy in a way that matters, we'll email you before it takes effect.
