Reports and one-time purchases

If your child's report doesn't tell you anything useful, email support@getquman.com within 30 days of buying and we'll refund you. Refunding a purchase removes the access it unlocked.

Membership

You can cancel any time in the app and keep access until the end of the period you've paid for. If you forgot to cancel and email us within 7 days of a renewal charge without having used the membership since, we'll refund that charge.

Readings and programs

Reschedule or cancel at least 48 hours before a booked reading for a full refund.

Your consumer rights

This policy is in addition to your rights under consumer law, including the Australian Consumer Law where it applies.

How to ask

Email support@getquman.com with the email you bought with. Refunds go back to the original card, usually within 5–10 business days.
